Job Description:
Spire Hospitality, a fast-growing company managing 30 full
service premium branded properties across the United States for
Private Equity, REITs and High Net Worth Individuals, is seeking an
experienced Recruiting Manager to oversee the recruitment process
for Spire Hospitality.Job Overview: Build an amazing culture by
supporting the hiring of great hospitality professionals both in
the field and at the home office. Partner with various agencies to
support our properties both annually and seasonally as needed.
Manages the company's full-cycle recruitment process and assists
property level Human Resources with innovative and effective
support.Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for maintaining all job descriptions to ensure
relevance.
- Screen highly qualified candidates for senior level roles of
the company.
- Schedule interviews for senior leadership with qualified
candidates.
- Communicate with Corporate leadership team and property leaders
to determine proper staffing levels and needs.
- Assist properties with posting and managing jobs to ensure
proper staffing.
- Maintain relationships with contract labor providers and ensure
contracts are reviewed and up to date.
- Manage and maintain the recruiting and onboarding
platform.
- Run required reports for managing OFCCP and prepare
responses.
- Ensure employment laws and company policies are adhered to
during the recruitment process.
- Confers with hiring managers to make the best hiring
recommendations/decisions.
- Prepare offer letters.
- Create, send, and manage the onboarding process for new
hires.
- Perform employment verifications and background checks on new
hires.
- Maintain an accurate candidate flow for each candidate that is
touched in the recruiting platform.
- Provide necessary announcements to applicants as needed through
the process via the recruitment platform.
- Performs other hotel duties as assigned.Specific Job Knowledge
and Skills:
- Some knowledge of EEOC and employment laws.
- High level knowledge of recruitment processes.
- OFCCP compliance and reporting knowledge preferred
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Ability to read and speak the English language fluently.
- Ability to effectively deal with employees and applicants
