Job Description:
Job DescriptionCandidate is required to live or relocate to the
East Dallas area for 50 to 70% travel for client visits and
assessments. Assessment of Members: Through the use of clinical
tools and information/data review, conducts comprehensive
assessments of referred member's needs/eligibility and determines
approach to case resolution and/or meeting needs by evaluating
member's benefit plan and available internal and external
programs/services. Applies clinical judgment to the incorporation
of strategies designed to reduce risk factors and address complex
clinical indicators which impact care planning and resolution of
member issues.Required QualificationsNon-licensed master level

work.Preferred Qualifications- Case management and discharge
planning experience preferred- 2 years experience in behavioral
health, social services or appropriate related field equivalent to
program focus- Managed Care experience preferred- Willing and able
to multi-task between operating systems. - Bilingual Spanish
preferredEducationDegree being in behavioral health or human
services preferred (psychology, social work, marriage and family
