Role: Marketing Campaign Manager (Direct Response Marketing (DRM))Location: Irving, TX (Day 1 Onsite)Duration: 12+ Months Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for independently managing and executing Direct Response Marketing (DRM) vertical sales campaigns that are engineered to increase leads to the Sales Call Center. Required Skills: - 6 years proven hands-on DRM experience with multi-vehicle and multi-channel (online, offline, telemarketing, etc.) campaign execution. - 6 years experience working across internal departments and maintaining external vendor relationships. - Strong DRM production and project management experience. - Excellent written and oral communications skills. - Strong computing skills using MS Office products. - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in an evolving, high performance fast-paced environment. - Highly self-motivated, focused, organized and professional with the ability to work independently and partner effectively within and outside of the immediate team to achieve desired business results. Responsibilities: Campaign Execution: - Execute campaign production plans, segmentation matrices, accurate data processing, production proofs, on-time deployments, internal communications, business process documents, inventory management - and manage internal and external contacts to implement successfully. - Meet mail and/or email blast dates for approved campaigns. - Data QC campaign list pulls - Posting to DDI SFTP site - Sending SCC counts & RR summary - DDI audit retrieval & filing - DDI PDF mark-ups - Manage seed list - Production QA of final lettershop creative - On-time mail date execution. - MCNs, SCC file posting - Check vendor invoices against pricing and quote documents for accuracy and update Invoice tracker, weekly. Will deliver final invoices to Sr. Manager for approvals and processing. - Maintain production trackers, extract mailshop NCOAs and ACS files and distributing to internal Billing team bi-weekly, and manage Do Not Solicit spreadsheet. Provide weekly mail counts and estimate call volumes to Sales Call Center Managers.. - Campaign Oversight: Manage Marketing spend to monthly budget - Invoice management - Make ROI based budget decisions - DRM SME/Consultant - Issue Resolution Cross departmental coordination - DRM monitoring and monthly performance including results and insights. Go/No-go tactical recommendation - Establish metrics and reporting to provide campaign performance updates and insights - delivering on-time with flawless campaign implementation - Complete assigned scheduled and ad hoc projects and/or tasks within specified timeframes for the assigned project and/or task, adhering to project guidelines and goals. - Campaign Manager will analyze any issues related to campaign segment creation and suppression. - Campaign Manager will analyze campaign results and make go/no-go recommendations based on findings. - The Campaign Manager will be the DRM campaign production lead and will work under minimal supervision and general guidance in fulfilling the project objectives and deliverables. The Manager will analyze program results to gain insights into successes, failures, and performance trend; react to opportunities and make appropriate recommendations and course corrections, for go/no-go business decisions as needed. This position requires an individual with proven problem-solving / issue resolution skills and the ability to work independently and partner effectively within and outside of the immediate team to achieve desired business results. - Work independently to make monitor in-market DRM customer communications for accuracy, based on final approved creative/copy. - Execute on DRM tactics timelines and mail drops to meet expect due dates. - When reviewing analytics reports, if output is unfavourable, he/she will conduct research to find the root cause of the problem and recommend ideas to produce a favourable result. If the initial output is favourable, he/she will make continued recommendations based on associate test and control panels. Prepare test and learn and performance deck presentations to present findings.
