corporate real estate portfolios in the world. Our experienced real
estate team knows the Wells Fargo lines of business and supports:
9,300 sites in 35 countries, including more than 8,000 retail
locations, more than 11,000 ATMs and 750 administrative sites. 97
million square feet of managed space.About this role:Wells Fargo is
seeking a Senior Property Manager for the Dallas Fort Worth / North
Texas Administrative Portfolio, which encompasses 1M square feet of
Class A commercial office space.In this role, you will:
- Oversee the operational continuity and preservation of all
company owned, leased or managed leased real estate within a
moderate scale and complex portfolio
- Represent company interests with internal customers, vendors,
landlords and external tenants
- Negotiate building service agreements, project terms and
conditions
- Apply preferred operational service standard, effective asset
preservation planning and work effort execution, and lead resources
on real estate service solutions
- Develop, lead and implement plans within the portfolio in
support of occupancy and operational strategies
- Lead plans within the portfolio in support of occupancy and
operational strategies
- Recommend portfolio strategies and contribute to, recommend and
support overall business strategies and initiatives
- Manage a team
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to
resolve issues and achieve goalsRequired Qualifications, US:
- 4+ years of Property Management experience, or equivalent
demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work
experience, training, military experience, education
- Must be located in the Dallas Metro area.Desired
Qualifications:
- Experience developing and managing a corporate campus from
ground up construction.
- CPM/RPA/FMA designation or candidacy preferred but not
required
- Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Accredited
Professional (LEED AP)
- Property or Facilities Management experience, managing in a
multi-location office environment and/or managing properties within
a large matrix company
- Experience leading outsourced real estate service providers in
a large corporate client environment
- Commercial property construction management or engineering
experience
- Good working knowledge of building operations technology (BMS,
MEP, etc.)
- Good working knowledge of space optimization and occupancy
utilization practices
- Ability to bring a diverse team together towards a common
goal
- Strong risk management skills - environmental health and
safety, site security, and emergency incident management
- Strong business acumen - Proficiency in financial and real
estate operations performance metrics, budgets, and capital
planning
- Excellent customer service skills. Ability to interface with
people at all levels in the organization including senior
executives
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing
skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across
all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and
adaptability are important
- Excellent verbal/written communication, organizational and
presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office products: Outlook, Word, Excel,

- Ability to travel in assigned geography
- Flexibility to frequently be on call beyond normal working
hours
- Must be located within Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Irving
areaPay Range:
- Min: $73,100 Max: $129,900
