If so, wed love to talk with you! This candidate will be joining an energetic and newly formed HR Product Services team. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager that is comfortable leading an agile team focused on delivering strategic objectives and an employee experience roadmap for Select Talent (Recruiting). If you are energized with market research, gathering employee feedback and designing digital experiences, then this job is for you. The Product Manager will partner closely with key stakeholders that own programs within recruiting. The key products are Workday and Phenom.The Product Owner will lead an Agile team responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog to deliver on business vision and priorities. The candidate will provide constant feedback to the business line and Agile teams in support of delivery and evolution of the product. The candidate must develop a well-rounded understanding of the employee needs that are aligned with business objectives as well as an ability to develop close relationships with senior HR leaders and key stakeholders. Acts as key resource on agile scrum team managing story delivery including requirements, sizing, testing and planning.
