  • Manage a communication strategy team that researches, identifies, and addresses opportunities to improve our communication strategies.
  • Optimizes channel communications including direct mail, email, chat, IVR and more.
  • Optimizes the impact of customer communication executions and communication journeys.
  • Manage an Implementation team to research and implement/fulfill cross functional customer servicing communications.
  • Manage Implantation team productivity and project completion; including working with partners to develop reporting.
  • Become an SME on multiple tools and platforms to facilitate and manage non-routine implementation projects.
  • Become an SME on Wells Fargo Auto organizational structure and responsibilities to guide teams for non-routine projects and optimize processes for routine projects.
  • Work with partners to identify and deploy tools and platforms to improve customer servicing communications implementation processes.
  • Research requests projects for high priority and/or overflow from implementation including working across the organization to research implementation project "out-of-the-ordinary" requests
  • Other responsibilities as assignedIn this role, you will:
    • Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of business
    • Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives
    • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development
    • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives
    • Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectives
    • Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners
    • Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution
    • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
    • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talentRequired Qualifications, US:
      • 4+ years of Business Operations, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
      • 2+ years Leadership experienceDesired Qualifications:
        • Experience managing a marketing operations or implementation team
        • Experience managing a customer communications team
        • Exceptional Verbal, Written, and Interpersonal Communications
