  • Lead transformation and develop strategic plans for application/ migrations and acquisition integrations. Accountable to lead PM and BA teams
  • Set the vision, goals, and measures of success for the function and project readiness
  • Apply a structured approach to project management, identifying key deliverables based on business requirements, managing customer expectations and directing the achievement of the project goals. Support timely feedback on project deliverables
  • Review existing workflow and processes, wherever necessary establishing newer approaches, to ensure alignment to strategies, roadmaps, and standards.
  • Create, refine, and oversee the execution of the internal processes of the corporate application management function, including documenting processes, building support for points of interaction, and ensuring the deliverables match the expectations of internal partners and stakeholders
  • Demonstrating astute insight into what matters to different groups of leaders with shared opinions, initiating intra-business collaboration to bring together different perspectives and fresh thinking
  • Actively partner with global business stakeholders in documenting business capabilities and developing integrated business-IT roadmaps in ServiceNow
  • In partnership with the organization's service teams, identify opportunities for delivering the business services in the service catalog, ensuring workflow improvement, and mitigating the risk of service obstacles.
  • Ability to solve complex problems by thinking abstractly and analytically
  • Strong communication expertise to manage stakeholders across organizational boundaries
  • Strong organizational expertise to manage evaluation processes and implementation of strategic initiatives

      • Lead and exceeds all Service Level expectations in the organization, track analytics, assess improvement opportunities, and maintain the overall quality of support
      • Encourage knowledge creation and updates, maintaining overall quality, findability, usability, and timeliness
      • Manage the impact of fast-paced change, stretch goals, or crises to maintain energy levelsQualifications
        • Master of Science or equivalent
        • Experience with ServiceNow is required
        • 7+ years in the Information Technology Field
        • 4+ years of Project and Program management
        • 5+ years in a leadership role leading global teams
        • 5+ years IT Service Management Experience / ITIL practice
        • Strong knowledge/experience in Agile and SDLC methodologies
        • Strong verbal and written communication skills
        • Tools: ServiceNow, MS Project, MS Visio, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Office 365, Microsoft Office, JIRA
        • Process and Frameworks: SDLC Waterfall, Agile, ITIL,
