About this role:The Associate Director Organizational
Effectiveness is responsible for the development and deployment of
assessment tools and resources that drive clear understanding of
role requirements and associate skills/capabilities and inform
career development and growth.In addition, the Associate Director
will apply deep analytical capabilities, project management skills,
and consultation across Learning Leadership & Organization
Effectiveness (LLOE) initiatives. This includes fostering strong
relationships with the business and other areas of HR, applying
data collection/analysis techniques to develop data driven
solutions, presenting to technical and non-technical audiences, and
maintaining timelines for initiatives.The Associate Director will
apply subject matter expertise from the fields of I/O Psychology,
Organizational Development, or related areas to drive effectiveness
of global talent initiatives.What you'll do:
- Design and deliver targeted individual and organization
development interventions as needed, including the creation and
validation of competency models, career pathing and development
models, leader assessments, organizational surveys, and targeted
interventions.
- Lead projects from inception through execution, including
project plan management, as well as the completion of requirements
such as data gathering, testing, pilots, and after-action
reviews.
- Develop measures and metrics to gauge the effectiveness of an
entire project.
- Synthesize best practice research and concepts to inform
enterprise talent management initiatives.
- Provide expert advice to HRPs on techniques for evaluating
employees' performance, potential, and development priorities, and
identifying potential successors to critical roles within their
respective business units.What you'll need:
- Master's degree in Organization Development,
Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of work experience in talent management,
organization development, or organization effectiveness
- Expertise using spreadsheet and data analysis software (e.g.,
MS Excel, SPSS, R)
- Possesses exceptional project management, work coordination,
facilitation, and consultation skills.
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills; is
comfortable delivering presentations to a wide range of
audiences.
- Demonstrates problem-solving and decision-making skills in
dynamic environments.
- Must be able to work autonomously and balance multiple projects
