Team/Function Overview The ICG Loan Operations Program Management Office Global Senior Program Manager is a senior management-level position which will be accountable for the management of a broad range of business-critical programs and professional disciplinary areas. This role will develop an exceptional understanding of both the ICG Loan Operations Book of work and any other deliverables or initiatives on which ICG Loan Operations has dependencies. This person will play a key role in supporting the delivery team within Loan Operations, collaborating with Other Operations, Technology , and multiple business areas, including Product, Operations, Finance and Risk across ICG. The successful candidate will lead Programs and / or Project teams and will be responsible for liaising across stakeholders to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way. Involved in short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources for own area.

Responsibilities:

• Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs.
• Drives complex programs across multiple time zones, supporting critical programs and deliverables with responsibilities including work allocation, budget and planning, performance evaluation, compensation, staffing and other duties as assigned
• Ensures all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities; they understand the program schedule and key milestones whilst receiving regular updates
• Ensures fit-for-purpose governance framework is in place and managed across all relevant programs. This includes the use of effective and efficient standard templates and end-to-end lifecycle process to minimize waste, overseeing governance gates and challenging when proposals are unrealistic or where costs and dates are not viable to proceed.
• Demonstrates in-depth understanding of Project Management and how to apply it across Loan Operations to achieve objectives.
• Exercises shared responsibility for budget, and planning. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets.
• Extensive experience managing broad scale programs across various disciplines.
• Ability to organize and priorities critical issues and information to facilitate efficient decision making, providing oversight and guidance to team projects of highest priority and importance Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience Managing projects/ programs across Financial Services Industry
  • PMP/ equivalent Project Management Certification
  • Should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills 10+ years of experience
  • Good negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills Education:
    • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree -
