- Job Type: Full timeRole Summary:The Manager is part of a team
tasked with balancing people, process, and technology to help HR
make informed decisions and deliver results. This team takes HR
fundamentals and metrics and innovates to improve efficiencies,
create data to support decisions, enable leadership effectiveness,
and enhance the associate experience. You'll partner with
stakeholders across the business to design and implement scalable
HR analytics and define opportunities for
improvement.Experience:Experience aggregating and analyzing data
spanning multiple sources and reporting toolsExperience developing
and implementing new ideas and creative solutions for improved
efficiency and effectivenessPredictive modeling experience with
employee retention, employee performance, and other relevant
workforce functionsWorking knowledge of business intelligence
reporting tools (e.g. BI, Tableau, QuickSight, Redshift Cluster,
S3, Datanet, SQL, etc.)Strength in People Analytics, Statistics and
Data ScienceExperience participating in cross-functional,
multi-geographic teamsBachelor's degree in Business, Analytics,
Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent experience5+ years of
experience in quantitative or process improvement roles, using data
analytics, mining, and/or visualization to solve
problemsProficiency in Excel (formulas, pivots, macros) and
experience performing ad-hoc analysisWorkday HCM knowledge and
experience with the ability to develop queries, reports and
dashboardsWorking knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
such as Lean Six-Sigma, DMAIC/Agile, or root-cause analysis a
plusResponsibilities:Evaluate and dissect people data to identify
trends and recommend enhancements for core people metricsDrive
efficiencies to reduce waste and integrate data points to improve
regional HR team's daily functions and decision makingThought
leader who can merge ad-hoc systems and mechanisms together,
idea-generate and create new platforms to drive continuous
improvementPerform proactive diagnostic analysis on key HR
measures, trends, and hot spots, and surface meaningful, actionable
insights and recommendationsAnalytical prowess around data
retrieval, manipulation, and performance analysis from data
management systems; further turn this data into useful
informationBuild and maintain strong partnerships across HR, other
people analytics teams, and the businessMeasure effectiveness of HR
technology initiatives for the core HR systems: Human Capital
Management, Performance management, Learning Management, Applicant
Tracking, and Associate Experience platformsPreferred Experience /
Skills:Ability to leverage HR data to support business partnering
conversations.Previous experience in coaching and driving change
management programs.Experience in working with manufacturing,
engineering, or sales teams.Experience in Workday.Ability to
influence others on proposed courses of action, be firm but be
diplomatic at the same time.Ability to travel as needed.BS or BA
Degree in relevant field and 8-10 years relevant experience
