• Expected to manage a complex program cross-cutting across products, scrum teams, and/or technologies from inception to delivery.
• A complex program is one that engages multiple functions across the enterprise and may involve dependencies.
• Have the right inspection mechanism for tracking and delivering the program.
• Champions continuous improvement by ensuring that processes, programs, projects, etc. are measurable and have clear success criteria, and leverages learnings to mitigate risk.
• Expected to successfully deliver a program that is cross cutting across products, scrum teams and/or technologies (including digital, backends and external 3rd party vendors)
• Prepare believable and achievable plan (budget, timelines, and resources).
• Have the right inspection mechanism for tracking and delivering the program.
• Responsible for managing all aspects from inception to completion (conceptualizing, intake, capacity planning and end to end execution for a large program)
• Ensure program stays on track (budget, timelines and resources).
• Proactive risk identification and management.
• Deep dive to understand the root cause of the problem and work on permanent resolution.
• Strong verbal and written communication - You communicate role up of project issues and status in a concise, accurate, and professional manner for senior leadership.
• Focus on customer experience, features that is cutting across multiple domains and teams.
• Participate in product strategy and drive product roadmap.
• Focus on bringing shared understanding by using concepts like story boarding, mapping, PI planning, scrum of scrum, OKRs.
• Measure everything (productivity, teams' performance, issues, root causes). -Position Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience, with a software engineering background.
  • Experience in software development
  • Good knowledge/experience in any data technology (Big Data/Hadoop, ETL, AI/ML Cloud etc.) -Preferred Skills:
    • Excellent Knowledge/experience of working on Cloud/Client/AI, including Cloud Migration/Deployment from different systems to Data Lake/Hadoop etc.
    • Prior experience in software developing, project/scrum management and shipping software to production.
    • Experience in working in an Agile operating model, with working knowledge of agile tools (Jira/Rally).
