About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution
Senior Manager in Home Lending Transactions and Processing as part
of Consumer Lending. This senior level manager position reports
directly to the Operations Executive and will be responsible for
supporting Wells Fargo's strategic plans to create a more focused
Home Lending business aimed at serving bank customers, as well as
individuals and families in minority communities. This leader will
be responsible for supporting transfer activities with our
insurance monitoring, payment maintenance and administrative tasks
in home lending. S/he will lead a distributed team across multiple
operations centers and locations and will have to manage
significant complexity across a wide span of differing
technologies. This role will have up to 100 employees reporting to

- Lead the strategy, management, and execution of transferring
account maintenance, records management, document management,
payment processing operations to third part vendor
- Drive the advancement of strategies to enhance Wells Fargo's
objectives to serve bank customers and underserved communities
- Focus on transferring large volume of manual processes
- Implement lean management processes across the team. Including
coaching, problem solving, metrics and value stream (to name a
few)
- Partner across different teams to drive and manage complex
projects
- Build and lead a diverse high performing and experienced
management team and workforce supporting a culture focused on the
customer where team members are skilled, engaged, empowered, and
can perform to their highest potential.
- Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple
business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables
- Collaborate with and influence functional business partners,
leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive
strategic initiatives for the business
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for
Business Execution
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet
business objectives and strategy Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic
Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a
combination of the following: work experience, training, military
experience, education
- 3+ years Management experience Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge and understanding of home lending or consumer
lending
- Experience with mortgage servicing account management
- Knowledge and understanding of loan administration mortgage
servicing
- Knowledge and understanding of back-office support in the
financial industry
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
skills
- 4+ years of leadership experience including coaching on
multiple employee relations issues that vary in scope and
complexity, oversight, or delegation of work
- Ability to motivate a team and lead strategic initiatives,
collaborating across a large organization and multi-tasking as
required
- Experience successfully collaborating with others in a change
driven environment
- Ability to influence across all organizational levels,
particularly senior management
- Ability to drive and lead organizational change in a dynamic
environment
- Compliance and regulatory systems experience
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability
to turn findings into strategic imperatives
- Knowledge and understanding of project and process
management
- Ability to manage initiatives including detailed planning,
process management, and documentation
