Develop and execute IT asset processes/procedures, and the governing policies are adhered to throughout the company.Job DescriptionKey Accountabilities* Work cross-functionally with teams throughout the IT organization: Work closely with Service desk, Desktop support, Field Support End Point Management, White Glove support, ITSM, Project Management and Vendor Management team.* Maintain the data integrity, analysis, integration, storage, maintenance and reporting of IT End User Computing Hardware.* Monitor and reconcile changes in inventory and perform spot checks to ensure process and system quality.* Track and report on the compliance of IT End User Computing Hardware, as well as identify and track trends with regards to any non-compliance conditions.* Actively monitor, manage, research and respond to requests and general support-related inquires of IT End User Computing Hardware team.* Adhere to and support the strategy and roadmap of the IT End User Computing Hardware lifecycle system of record.* Review existing data repositories, systems and databases to ensure the quality of the data and expectations of the data are being met.* Adapt to existing processes/procedures, as well as be sufficiently agile in order to make changes and additional adjustments to existing processes/procedures.* Support regular inventory validation of hardware disposition of IT End User Computing Hardware.* Ensure inventory discrepancies are properly documented, researched and reconciled.Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements* Minimum 3 years of experience in IT End User Computing Hardware management.* Working knowledge of IT End User Computing Hardware i.e.. Desktops / Laptops and IT Peripherals.* Working knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management concepts and techniques.* Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, SCCM, IBM Maximo, Service now Catalog Design and Management, Power BI and PowerShell and Python Scripting.Working knowledge of MS Excel, VB Script with Large Data Sets.* Functional understanding of ITSM tools (Service Now), and ITIL Processes.* Minimum high school diploma or equivalent* Certification in ITIL V3/4 and Power BI Preferred.Key Metrics* Team member engagement across IT department* Tools adoption and usage, where appropriate* Support the goals and objectives of the IT End User Computing Hardware team.* Support the operating model by adhering to established controls and meeting or exceeding the defined key performance indicators.* Maintain accurate records of software license entitlements and deployments.* Identify areas for automation that will result in increased operational efficiency and decreased operational cost.Job FamilyInformation TechnologyCompanyVistra Corporate Services CompanyLocationsIrving, TexasTexasWe are a company of people committed to: Exceeding Customer Expectations, Great People, Teamwork, Competitive Spirit and Effective Communication.
