RumbleOn, the nation's largest retailer of powersports vehicles, is rapidly expanding our Finance and Accounting team at headquarters in Irving, TX. To support our growth, we are adding a key position...an experienced Senior Level Income Tax Manager!The RumbleOn Sr. Tax Manager will support the organization by managing all aspects of the income tax compliance process, as well as the income tax accounting process pursuant to ASC 740. We are in the process of designing a provision and return process and bringing this function in house. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills, strong organizational and communication skills, and be detail oriented and hands-on. Responsibilities:

• Preparation and/or review of the income tax provision and preparation of supporting schedules each quarter as needed
• Assist in the preparation of tax disclosures for the 10Q and 10K
• Design automation process for tax provision and return calculation using tax software
• Maintain the effective rate calculation between quarters
• Work with internal teams to gather and analyze data for tax provision calculation and help to build an automated tax provision process and bring this process in house
• Facilitate and manage the preparation and review of all U.S. income tax compliance responsibilities (includes federal, state, and local returns for all entities)
• Ensure all reporting and filing obligations are satisfied accurately and timely
• Responsible for cash tax reporting and assisting with cash tax forecasts
• Responsible for federal, state, and local estimated tax payment calculations
• Train, coach, and develop Tax Team staff
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's Degree in Accounting or Tax preferred)
  • Certified Public Accountant Required
  • Minimum of 5 years of federal and state income tax experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience managing a small team of direct reports
  • Combination of public accounting and industry experience preferred
  • Experience with OneSource Income Tax and OneSource Tax Provision (or other provision software) required
  • Experience with ASC 740 required
  • Strong knowledge of tax code, compliance, and procedures for consolidated corporations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
