Job DescriptionQueue Management - Utilize strong reporting
skills to track salesforce cases to ensure timelines are met Serve
as an escalation point of contact to support the cross functional
teams to resolve the roadblocks from meeting the commitment dates
Proactively reaches out to the appropriate teams to communicate
delays and set expectations around the commitment dates
Collaborates with cross functional teams to drive workflow
dependencies Assumes accountability to ensure positive
outcomesReporting - Track & publish ageing case report, daily case
closure status reports to the Leadership team Publish KPI report
for Operational review Perform Performance Guarantee reporting
reconciliation Identify gaps in the current reports to create
reports that support the business Follow up with leaders and ensure
reports are consolidated Ensure reports are proactive and
actionable to prevent issues and escalations Setup governance
mechanisms to track and monitor progress Track all the department
goals and report on them monthly Follow through on the actions from
the operations review meeting and setup monthly calls to review
actions at least 2 weeks prior to the meetingsRequired
Qualifications Excellent communication (Verbal and Written) and
collaboration skills. Superior organization and prioritization
skills. Courteous and professional demeanor with the desire and
ability to work as a team. Strategic, forward thinkers with sound
technical and analytical abilities. Ability to interact and
influence with senior leadership of the organization. Thorough and
detailed knowledge of investigating, analyzing and effecting
corrective action using experience to apply various methods and
techniques that promote timely change and accountability. Strong
analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to define
problem, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word,
Excel, Power Point and Access Superior organization, project
management, and prioritization skillsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19
