Job Description:
A company is looking for a Change Manager I.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply a structured change management methodology and lead change
management activities
Create change management strategy and action plans in coordination
with the project manager and executive sponsor
Support organizational design and definition of new roles and
responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Professional experience in roles that required extensive Change
Management skills in a large organization
Ability to become Prosci Change Manager certified within 3 - 6
months of employment
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
Proficiency in project management methodologies and software
tools
