Job Description:

A company is looking for a Career Transformation Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for end-to-end career transitions of assigned students
Approving completion and quality of Career Skills assignments
Tracking individual student progress and communicating with students and hiring partners

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in tech recruiting or related functions in a competitive tech company
Experience in career coaching or career services in an Ed-tech environment
Exposure to customer service, program/project management, or related functions in an Ed-tech company
Personality development training background
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
