Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Operations Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and coordinate the MOS non-medical counseling, financial
counseling, and health and wellness coaching programs for Service
Members and their families
Ensure contractual requirements are met and goals are achieved
Manage provider relations and facilitate collaboration with
internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in a mental health field
Licensure at the independent level
7+ years of management/supervisory experience in a counseling
related area
Must be an independently licensed behavioral health clinician
Experience in program operations and network management
