The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall clinical
operation of the Home Care agency.
Key responsibilities involve budgetary, management, leading the
activities of the nursing team, providing clinical direction, and
ensuring compliant growth and profitability of the agency. Our
candidate will possess the ability to work well with an
interdisciplinary team to ensure quality levels consistent with
Heartland's professional standards and goals.
Requirements:
Must be a Registered Nurse / RN
Must have home Health Clinical Management Experience
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Leadership and strong clinical leadership experience is a must. At
least 2 years
Home Care clinical leadership experience is required
