Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and professional House Manager to
oversee the daily operations of private family houses. The ideal
candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a deep
understanding of providing top-tier service in private household
settings.
Looking for someone who is very organized, reliable and is a good
communicator with prior experience working in private homes.

Responsibilities:
--- Overseeing the daily operations of the household and
maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and
organization
--- Handle special requests, errands, and tasks as directed by the
homeowner
--- Manage and supervise all household staff, including
housekeeping staff, family assistant, child caregivers, seasonal
staff, and other vendors as required; cover for these positions as
needed for team member absences
--- Hiring, training, scheduling, and managing performance reviews,
ensuring they meet the standards of the residence
--- Ensuring all spaces within the residence are kept clean and
organized
--- Liaising with other family properties or staff to ensure
consistent service levels
--- Oversee household maintenance tasks, coordinating with vendors
and contractors as needed
--- Manage household budgets, including the reconciliation of
expenses and payroll for staff, ensuring bills are paid
promptly
--- Acting as the main point of contact for vendors, contractors,
and other external parties
--- Handling household administrative tasks, such as scheduling,
inventory management, and record-keeping
--- Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring that both the home and
travel accommodations meet the family's needs
--- Develop and implement household protocols and procedures
--- Ensure security protocols are upheld and liaise with security
staff as required
--- Assisting in the personal needs of the family members,
including scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, activities,
events and personal shopping
--- Ensure discretion and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:
--- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role for a private
Family or in hospitality
--- Strong managerial and organizational skills with the ability to
multitask
--- Must have excellent time management skills
--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
--- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all
times
--- Familiarity with household systems and operations
--- Proficient in using technology, including management software
and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
--- A proven track record of managing a team and handling complex
household operations
--- Knowledge of etiquette and protocol
--- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
