Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness for a remote position in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with leadership and HR Partners to develop organizational effectiveness solutions
Lead the design and implementation of strategies to improve organizational structures and processes
Establish key performance indicators and metrics to assess the impact of organizational effectiveness initiatives

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness or related field
Bachelor's degree required, preference for Master's degree in Organizational Development
Strong strategy development and organizational design skills
Experience in developing effective and scalable solutions
Demonstrated analytical capabilities and ability to influence others with data-driven recommendations
