Who we are looking for:
We are currently looking for a Regional Service Center Manager for
our Fort Worth, TX facility. Reporting to the Vice President of RSC
Operations this person will be the primary leader of the facility,
as such he/she is accountable for leading all distribution
functions of the facility, ensuring that the facility effectively
supports and interacts with Atkore's business units, manufacturing
facilities, HQ functions and customers. This position is
accountable for all safety programs, shipping & receiving,
inventory management, warehousing, and transportation functions.
The RSC Manager leads exempt and non-exempt associates across
multiple shifts of operation. Demonstrated experience using Lean
tools and a track record of project management is desired.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in supply chain
management with 10+ years of leadership experience. Experience in
lean manufacturing or business system-based company is a plus.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the
current pay for this position is $118,480 - $162,910. Placement in
the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to,
specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications,
certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority,
performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or
organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation
may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials,
bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
