Job Description:
Our client is a leading food and beverage manufacturer committed
to delivering high-quality products to their customers. We are
seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to join their
team and ensure the highest standards of quality assurance and
quality control. Job Description: The Quality Manager will be
responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance and
quality control processes. This role requires extensive experience
in the food and beverage manufacturing industry and strong
leadership skills to manage and supervise the quality team
effectively. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality
assurance and quality control processes. Ensure compliance with
industry standards and regulations. Supervise and manage the
quality team to maintain high standards. Utilize Microsoft Office
and ERP systems for quality management. Conduct regular audits and
inspections to ensure product quality. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality
Management, or a related field. Minimum of 7+ years of experience
in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. Minimum of 3+
years of experience in supervising and managing quality teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Strong knowledge
of quality assurance and quality control principles. Excellent
