Vice President, Settlements with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Dallas, Texas. Responsible for ensuring that loan servicing events are effectively captured in internal systems and accurately reflected internally and externally via market platforms; and processing transactions executed by the Firm's bankers from an operational perspective. Work closely with a broad range of other internal groups to help identify and clear discrepancies, position breaks and ensure proper maintenance of the desk's trading risk.

Requires: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related degree. Employer will accept bachelor's degree equivalent based on single degree, combination of degrees, or combination of degree(s) and professional work experience, where determined to be equivalent to U.S. bachelor's degree by a qualified credential evaluation service. Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include five (5) years with: providing operational support to a trading desk, including experience with Loan Syndication & Trading Association (LSTA) best practices and standards, loan lifecycle events processing, and applying knowledge of trade flow from start to finish for exceptions managements; continually re-assessing the operational risks inherent in business, recognizing and acting upon the changing economic and market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures, and the impact of the evolving technology landscape; interfacing with trading counterparties, including internal teams, clients & their custodians, and other financial institutions to properly handle escalations and flag high risk issues to management team; utilizing Critical Thinking skills to analyze complex problems, identify key issues, and develop solutions to resolve corporate loan servicing specific issues; contributing to strategic decision-making and enhancing organizational efficiency; and maintaining awareness of industry initiatives and market trends in the loan market that can impact business objectives and provide opportunities to improve processes.
