As a member of our Leading End User Services (EUS) group you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for critical issues and help ensure the highest level of availability and performance of all our systems from low priority to high demand. You will also be a key contributor to the design, installation, deployment and configurations of our Office 365 services. You will have opportunity to use and develop your skills in Office 365, Project Management, Infrastructure Planning, Incident and Problem Management, Change Control, Capacity Management, Patch Management, Vulnerability and Threat Assessment, Scripting and Automation and Cyber Security. The position is within the North America CTI (Citi Technology Infrastructure) EUS (End User Services) Organization reporting directly to End User Compute Apps Senior Manager. You will be part of a dynamic team focusing on ways to improve and maintain service availability, improve end user experiences and deploy and migrate new technologies. You will work closely with all regional and global technology areas including Infrastructure, Application Development, Production Support, Operations and 3rd party vendors in order to enhance the quality, improve processes and propagate understanding of good practices across all services under your care. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Be part of the team designing and deploying cloud technology - Help develop new processes to support these emerging cloud / SAAS technologies - Consultative IT Support - Analyze, evaluate, collaborate and provide recommendations for system enhancements, optimizations and development - Perform reviews and root cause analysis of production outages - Explore and discover opportunities to automate key tasks to drive improvement in productivity and efficiency - Create metrics and review operational Key Performance indicators to ensure effectiveness and efficiency and makes recommendations for improvement - Identify and call out risks and issues to the management. - Ensures the highest quality of work, and act a role model for other team members as well as cooperating with partners. - Effectively communicates with team members, peers and Senior Management, influences others through diplomacy and negotiation skills - Act as an advisory role and be a main point of contact for L2 critical issues. - Provide on-call support on nights and weekends - Handle ServiceNow queues, incidents and task assignments - Liaise with Prod Support to implement new standards and improve stability - Evaluate and improve operational procedure for increased efficiency in order to address potential gaps Development Value: - We have created an environment that will enable you to further develop yourself, by: - Constant upgrading of skills and computer related knowledge, enabling you to increase your Knowledge and develop Transferrable Skills. - Improving communication and project management skills - Achieve deep understanding of the Business and Technology Infrastructure organization - Increasing exposure to senior management - Directly influencing changes on a global level - Be a valued member of a dynamic and passionate Global Team. Qualifications Skills: - Fluent English - Demonstrate strong analytical skills, enjoy problem solving and be able to logically break down complex tasks into smaller manageable parts - Highly developed social skills, including strong verbal, written communication skills and excellent listening skills are required - Strong individual with ability to build, communicate, negotiate, and handle relationships at all levels - Effective meeting management, presentation and organizational skills Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education/experience - A general familiarity with legacy enterprise IT collaboration and mobility environments and related technology applications. - Extensive experience around Office 365 engineering & administrative experience focused in services such as SharePoint Online, Skype Online, Microsoft Teams, Enterprise Voice, Intune, OneDrive, and general cloud audio/video integration. -Familiarity with hybrid support and configuration between Microsoft Office 365 and legacy on-premises technologies. - Scripting Skills - PowerShell, VBScript EEO Statement: Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
