families. The Direct Care Provider/Neuro Rehabilitation Specialist
(NRS) supervises and directly trains patients with brain injuries
with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's), and therapeutic home
programs assigned by clinical therapists. You'll work in our
beautiful residential apartment/home-like setting. Provides skilled
instruction and supervision to patients in social, recreational,
shopping, and entertainment activities in community settings. Watch

(3:00pm - 11:30pm) shift. Rotating days and weekends required. The

Continuing education program available to increase wages after only
3 months of employment! Starting wages are $13/hr. A continuing
education program is available to begin increasing wages and
earning bonuses after only 3 months of employment, giving you the
potential to earn up to $15.25/hr after just 1 year! Paid weekly!
Minimum Requirements Teaches, monitors, administers and documents
individual patient programs including ADL's (as outlined on the
Needs and Services Plans) and therapeutic home programs in English.
Performs bed, bath, toilet and chair transfers, up to 20 times per
shift, utilizing approved transfer techniques. Provides for the
safety of patients, visitors, staff and self when interacting with
patients who may have behavioral outbursts, which can include
yelling, exiting, hitting, kicking, biting, spitting, scratching,
and throwing objects. SPECIAL SKILLS UTILIZED, EDUCATION LEVEL,
TRAINING Must be 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED.
Direct care, care giving, medical assisting, and/or CNA experience
is preferred. CNA or MA encouraged to apply.Must pass drug screen,
