We would love to talk to you about this fantastic opportunity.As part of the Elite PCU - Med/Surg Acute Care Nursing Float Pool, Registered Nurses deliver professional nursing care to age-specific patients on the PCU and Medical Surgical Units. Follows the Board of Nursing s (BON) Standards of Nursing Practice utilizing the nursing process in care delivery. Maintains accountability for professional decisions and actions within the parameters of their legal scope of practice and in accordance with the federal, state, and local laws; rules and regulations; and policies, procedures and guidelines of Medical City Healthcare. Qualifications Education / License / Certifications:

• BSN Required within 24 months of hire
• Current Texas RN License
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS issued by the American Heart Association required
• Professional Nursing Organization Membership strongly encouraged.
• Certification in area of specialty preferred. Experience:
  
  • Minimum 18 months experience within an acute care hospital with a minimum one year on a Med/Surg or Progressive Care Unit.
