Your duties will include conducting thorough patient assessments, creating and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
• Prioritize patient and family needs, creating and implementing individualized care plans
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
• Provide education and support to patients, families, and healthcare staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomesRequirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current and valid nursing license
  • BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
