Job Description:
This position is based in Fresno/Clovis, CA, at a 106-bed
skilled nursing facility with Subacute and Transitional units
providing care for complex and chronic conditions.
The clinical nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality
patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and
evaluation, adhering to professional standards and promoting
nursing excellence.
Qualifications include graduation from an approved nursing program,
with a preference for a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Candidates must demonstrate Novice/Advance Beginner proficiency,
hold a current California RN license, and maintain BLS
certification from AHA.
Pay ranges are estimates and may vary; bonuses are available for
eligible external hires.
