Job Description:
Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with 2+ years of
outpatient orthopedic experience and leadership skills for a
Regional Director role overseeing multiple clinics in Ventura
County, including Camarillo, South Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, and
Ladera Heights. Lead clinic operations, mentor staff, and ensure
high-quality patient care across locations.
Drive clinical performance, team culture, patient satisfaction, and
operational efficiency.
Collaborate with leadership on KPIs, compliance, and
profitability.
Manage budgets, staffing, and regional initiatives while providing
direct patient care as needed.
Qualifications include California PT license, outpatient orthopedic
