Hospital (BHVH) Dallas as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac
Universal (CUB) Unit and be part of something better! Patient
Population: Post Cardiology Interventional, Post Vascular
Surgical/Interventional, Advanced heart Failure. True Cardiac ICU-
CRRT, Impella, Swan, AIBP, etc. This unit operates as a Cardiac
Universal Bed (CUB) in that they have Cardiac ICU and Cardiac
Telemetry patients. All nurses on the unit must be comfortable
caring for both. Required Experience: Candidates MUST have minimum
of 1-year recent, full time ICU RN experience. Shift: FT/Nights |
7p-7a | Three 12hr shifts per week, rotating weekends Patient

Nurse, will oversee patient care provided by the healthcare team
using a professional practice model. Your responsibilities include
patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans,
and assessing patient responses. What You'll Do - You, as an RN,
will conduct detailed clinical assessments, prioritize patient and
family needs, create, implement, and evaluate care plans. Adjust
plans to reach desired outcomes. - Building relationships, managing
discomfort, staying professional are vital in therapeutic
connections with patients and families. - Creating care plans
reflecting values aids in resolving issues. - You will help educate
patients, families, nurses, and community members to empower them
with knowledge for better healthcare choices. Assess and document
learning needs regularly. - Work with colleagues and community to

Qualifications - Grad of an Accredited Program - Specialized field
of study should be nursing. - A current and valid nursing license.
- Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting
in this role. - Candidates MUST have minimum of 1-year recent, full
time ICU, PCU, or Telemetry RN experience. Cardiac ICU and/or
Cardiovascular ICU/CVICU specific RN experience preferred.
