Job Description:

Job Title: Mammography Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Mammography Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year License: State licensed Certifications: ARRT M, ARRT R, BLS Must-Have: Previous charge experience required Experience with Epic charting system Description: Local candidates within 90 miles may be considered. Required to take call and rotate holiday shifts as needed. Flu vaccine is required, with medical or religious exemptions only. Previous experience in a community hospital is preferred. Experience in LTAC and trauma level I and II settings is preferred. Candidates must have skills in 3-D and digital mammography, diagnostic mammograms, and fine needle aspiration. Other required skills include radiation safety, screening mammograms, stereotactic biopsy, and needle localizations. Candidates must follow isolation and universal precautions. Additional information regarding patient ratios and special procedures required will be provided.
