Opportunities Our Rapid Response Team units are fast paced units
that include high acuity patients. Are you looking to increase your
knowledge base? Our RRT leadership team fosters an environment that
supports learning, mentoring, and building each team member.
Patient Population: RRT responds to all RRT and Code Blue
throughout the facility. Additionally, they are a resource for
staff throughout the facility, providing assessment, education, and
support to staff with patient care. They provide acute
interventions from the facility Standing Delegated Order set for
patients meeting criteria for RRT intervention and provide support
at Code Blues throughout the facility. Unit selling points: High
acuity facility with a lot of opportunity to develop their skills
as ICU/ED staff through response to urgent/emergent patient care
situations. They offer the opportunity for a change from bedside
ICU/ED shift, providing education and support to nursing throughout
the facility, and a wide variety of patient populations. Baylor

outcomes at every encounter. Registered Nurse Requirements -
Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program - Minimum 2 years of RN
experience in the ICU, ED, and/or RRT. - License/Certification - RN
– Registered Nurse - BLS – Basic Life Support and NIHSS (required
