Float Pool Opportunities Our Float Pool units are fast paced units
that include high acuity patients. Are you looking to increase your
knowledge base? Our Float Pool leadership team fosters an
environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building each
team member. Patient Population: ICU Float Pool floats to CTICU,
ECMO, MICU, NEURO ICU, TRAUMA ICU Patient Ratios: Vary by unit Unit
selling points: Float Pool is supportive and encouraging. They love
their staff to flourish, grow, develop, and take on new tasks.
Their unit provides flexibility, support, and potential for
professional growth. Shift: 3, 12-Hour 7:00pm – 7:00am Baylor Scott

Qualifications - You should have graduated from an accredited
program in nursing - 2 years RN ICU Experience required - Have
basic life support certification or get it within 30 days of
starting
