Job Description:

Therapist to join our dynamic team. This position will be based in
one of our cutting-edge inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. The
role is focused on providing top-tier physical therapy to help
patients regain their independence and improve their quality of
life. Our ideal candidate will bring a compassionate approach and a
commitment to clinical excellence in rehabilitating patients with
various levels of injuries and disabilities. Evaluate patient
condition to assess mobility, strength, communication, or
cognition. Plan and implement clinically effective physical therapy
interventions. Document patient progress and adjust treatments as
necessary. Educate patients and family members about treatment
plans and ongoing management of their physical condition.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure
comprehensive care. Comply with all professional, ethical, and
legal regulations as well as company policies. Proven ability to
perform therapeutic interventions Strong communication and
interpersonal skills Proficient in the use of physical therapy
equipment and techniques Ability to assess patient needs and
develop treatment plans Effective documentation and time management

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist CPR/BLS
certification
