Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare, a leading provider of home healthcare
services, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse
(RN) to join our team in delivering exceptional nursing care to
patients in their own homes. Our RNs play a pivotal role in
supporting patients ranging from pediatric to adult, focusing on
clinical treatments, therapy, and hospice care. This role requires
a professional who can work autonomously in a home setting, closely
monitoring patients' conditions, managing care plans, and educating
families on proper care procedures. Perform initial patient
assessments and develop individualized plans of care. Administer
medications, wound care, and other personalized treatments.
Regularly evaluate and document patient progress. Educate patients
and their families on disease management, medication, and home
healthcare procedures. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to
provide cohesive patient care. Ensure compliance with all health
and safety regulations within the home setting. Strong clinical
skills and knowledge of home health care protocols. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in using
healthcare software and systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance Active Registered Nurse license in
the state of employment. CPR certification. Valid driver’s license
and reliable transportation.
