experience required Description: The role involves working in a
Neuro ICU setting. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of
experience in neuro-critical care. Daily patient ratios are 1:2.
Flexibility to float to ICU, IMC, and Tele as needed is required.
Candidates are expected to be skilled in the management of various
neuro-related conditions. Responsibilities include care of
ventilated patients and management of acute stroke protocols.
Experience in blood product administration and central line care is
preferred. Knowledge of ICP monitoring and management is necessary.
The unit supports interdisciplinary collaboration with various
specialized teams. Candidates should be comfortable working with
adult patient populations. Patient diagnoses can vary widely,
requiring adaptability and expertise in neurocritical care. This is
