provides diabetes self-management education based on needs
assessment. - Other duties as assigned. The expertise and
experiences you’ll need to succeed: QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's (Required), Master'sCertified Diabetes Care and
Education Specialist (CDCES) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Clinical
Laboratory Scientist (CLS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered
Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body Pay
