Float Pool Opportunities Our Float Pool units are fast paced units that include high acuity patients. Are you looking to increase your knowledge base? Our Float Pool leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building each team member. Shift: 2-12 hour, 7:00pm - 7:00am Patient Population: Float Pool floats to Med/Surg, Tele, ICU, and PCU Patient Ratios: Vary by unit Unit selling points: Float Pool is supportive and encouraging.
