Texas Metroplex Institute for Sports Medicine & Orthopedics (TMI)
is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopaedic Trauma Surgeon to join
our well-established, physician-owned, multi-specialty orthopaedic
private practice in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex offering two
state of the art clinic and on-site rehabilitation facilities. This
is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated surgeon looking to
build a high-quality trauma practice with strong clinical support,
long-term partnership potential, and access to diverse ancillary
revenue streams. Position Highlights 100% physician-owned private
practice Trauma call coverage at Methodist Mansfield Medical
Center, a 294-bed Level II Trauma Center with continued growth and
expansion plans Call stipend provided Productivity-based
compensation model with strong earning potential Partnership
opportunity after 1 year Significant ancillary income
opportunities, including physical therapy, imaging, and DME
Optional ASC and real estate investment opportunities Opportunity
to assist with care for professional sports organizations,
including the Texas Rangers and Dallas Stars Collaborative,

Candidate Qualifications Board-certified or board-eligible in
Orthopaedic Surgery Fellowship-trained in Orthopaedic Trauma
Surgery Eligible for or currently holding a Texas medical license
2–3 years of experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are
