Job Description:

and outstanding patient outcomes. Assess patient’s respiratory
conditions through diagnostic tests and evaluations. Develop and
implement respiratory care treatment plans in conjunction with
healthcare teams. Operate and maintain a variety of respiratory
care equipment. Educate patients and families on respiratory
conditions, interventions, and preventative measures. Monitor
patient’s physiological responses to therapies, making adjustments
as necessary. Document patient care and outcomes compliantly and
thoroughly for healthcare records. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient
care. Proficient in advanced respiratory care techniques. Strong
diagnostic and patient management skills. Ability to operate
complex medical devices. Excellent verbal and written
communication. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

401k Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential by
the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Active state
licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
