  Accountabilities / Responsibilities
  
  POSITION PURPOSE: To develop coordinate teammate training to improve individual teammate and RPM performance including both onboarding of new teammates and ongoing development for established teammates.
  
  • Design, plan and organize orientation and training programs for teammates to set them up for success in their positions
  • Develop training plan by region, department and role
  • Partner with each department and region leaders and discuss instructional design and content
  • Design and prepare educational aids and materials
  • Maintain updated curriculum on OSCAR and teammate training records
  • Researches, develop, and implement new training strategies
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendation or modifications to the program as they arise
  • Ensure initial and annual training requirements are met
    • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
      • Manage the training process; implement, schedule, track completion and compliance or teammates
      • Monitor teammate performance during training process and report any concerns to their leader
        
        Qualifications
        
        
        • Bachelor's Degree preferred; high school diploma required
        • 3 years of experience in training
        • Revenue Cycle knowledge strongly preferred
        • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental/agency regulations
        • Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style
        • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public
        • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints
        • Healthcare background required (ASC or hospital
