Highgate is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for someone that can help us find top talent in the Hotel industry. With almost 550 hotels in our portfolio we expect significant growth both domestically and internationally in the next 12 - 24 months. We are looking for a seasoned Sr. Recruiter that knows how to network and find rock star talent. This position will allow you a hybrid schedule that will include working from your home and the corporate office.


- Responsible for partnering with Operations leaders, Corporate Leadership, and Corporate HR to assist in the recruiting needs.
- Responsible for always sourcing highly qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining a strong recruiting pipeline of candidates for the future.
- Recruit for all assigned open positions and communicate timely actions and next steps with team and hiring managers on a weekly basis.
- Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house recruiting platforms and ATS (iCims) to identify the best candidates.
- Create/update job descriptions and detailed search assignments and gain an understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirements.
- Provide exceptional recruitment experience to all candidates.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from interviews to closing the offer.
- Work with new hires to ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed.
- Prepare candidates for interviewing with hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, background, job descriptions, and expectations.
- Seek to understand new trends and tools that can enhance building candidate pipelines.
- Coordinate candidate travel when needed.
- Answer questions regarding Benefits (i.e. 401K Plan, insurance, vacation, etc.).
- Prepare and place open job requisitions in Highgate's ATS system (iCims).
- Actively source using Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, HCareers, and other platforms.
- Network internally and externally to seek out referrals.
