administer human resources policies for the division and deliver
value-added services and support that reflects the business
objectives. Coordinate the early talent program in alignment with
the division's strategic plans, culture, and goals. Be actively
involved in the joint strategic leadership of division related
people topics.**Job Duties**+ Provide strategic direction and
guidance to all levels of employees on coaching, mentoring, rewards
and recognition, and performance management.+ Provide HR policy
guidance and interpretation.+ Actively participate as a functional
manager on business team ensuring human resources is an integral
part of the business strategy. Keep employees, managers, and
leadership members advised on changes via monthly People Council.+
Provide employment and personnel services support related to
day-to-day management of employees - including interviewing, hiring
new employees, administering benefits, HRIS administration, and
ensuring a safe work environment.+ Provide rigorous data analysis
and reporting based on business needs.+ Implement policies,
practices and procedures related to employment practices,
appropriate training, benefits, and safety.+ Manage and facilitate
the procurement early talent program with responsibility for
attracting, recruiting, selecting, and engaging top talent
throughout the program experience.+ Research, benchmark, create
strategic initiatives, and design implementation strategy to
improve results.+ Responsible for HR administration including
onboarding, exit interviews, employment documents, and payroll
coordination+ Manage complex employment related matters which
require careful analysis and effective, thorough, timely and
objective investigation to resolve.Minimal travel is
required.**Basic Qualifications**+ College or university degree or
equivalent experience+ 6+ years of progressively responsible
job-related experience+ Extensive background in the following human
resources areas is typically required: labor relations, employee
benefits, compensation, employment practices, employee development,
and training with a working knowledge of operations.+ Effective
problem solving and analytical skills+ Consulting, coaching, and
facilitation skills+ Time management, prioritization, and
multi-tasking skills+ Experience using data to identify solutions
and drive actions+ Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint**Top Candidates will also have**+ Excellent written,
oral, and interpersonal and leadership skills to deal with
sensitive issues, develop others, or persuade others inside and
outside the department to take specific actions.+ Experience with
Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system.+ Familiarity with
recruiting processes and/or campus/college recruitment**Final
