We also maintain a Tuition Reimbursement program to support the pursuit of accredited college courses.Qualifications and RequirementsDemonstrated success in high-volume, full-cycle corporate or technical recruiting (5 years +/-) with solid proficiencies in talent acquisition, recruiting, and workflow management with multiple priorities.Expert knowledge of candidate sourcing methods via search engines, networking sites, job boards, social media, industry associations, and niche websites.Demonstrated behaviors that exhibit an understanding and commitment to working in a values-based organization as evidenced by strong relationship building and communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and self-awareness and self-management skills.Demonstrated abilities to collaborate and partner with stakeholders across multiple teams and departments to understand diverse needs, develop plans, and manage multiple talent acquisition projects.Excellent computer skills required, including proficiency with applicant tracking systems (UKG experience a plus).Bachelor's degree preferred. Will consider candidates with an equivalent combination of experience and education.Some day-trip travel and occasional overnight travel will be required for this position.Essential FunctionsModel, promote, reinforce, and reward the consistent use of HOLT's Values-Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission.Serve as the subject matter expert for Hiring Managers on talent acquisition and recruiting topics, employment processes, and other applicable requirements. Work with Hiring Managers to define and anticipate hiring needs, develop, and understand the requirements and challenges of a role, as well as its place in the organization.Understand regional and local workforce trends to anticipate factors affecting talent supply and demand. Develop and apply strategies and tactics to leverage or mitigate those factors.Develop, influence, and generate volume for sourcing candidates for passive and active needs. Craft custom outreach initiatives and meaningful candidate engagement via suitable channels.Source and screen applicants for competency with the position requirements.Use innovative research and sourcing methods to identify candidates for niche areas and hard-to-fill roles.Consult with Hiring Managers and interview panel personnel as necessary to ensure the interview process is consistent across the candidate pool and feedback is gathered in a timely manner.Deliver outstanding Candidate Relationship Management. Own the full-cycle candidate relationship and be tightly integrated into the feedback process during the interview process.Negotiate and deliver employment offers, then ensure a solid candidate handoff to the HOLT onboarding team.Maintain Candidate and requisition dispositions in the HOLT ATS.
