Resources Partner will be responsible for engaging and retaining
talent for our growing corporate footprint. - This HR Partner will
report to the VP, Human Resources and will partner with leaders and
managers across Accounting & Finance, Compliance, HR, IT, Legal,
Operations, and other corporate teams. -What you will do in this
role -
- Coach, educate, and help project manage the performance
management process for all NorthStars corporate teams including
communication and change management around our performance
management process and philosophy.
- Partner closely with Talent Development to create and oversee a
talent management framework for our corporate teams that include
succession planning, assessment of potential, talent reviews,
individual development planning, as well as diversity, equity, and
inclusion initiatives.
- Coach managers on Employee Relations related issues or
concerns; support issue resolution including the support or
facilitation of timely, effective communication.
- Facilitate a process that allows department leaders and
managers to drive action planning following the annual employee
engagement survey and develop other retention and engagement
strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to help ensure roles are scoped
appropriately and create job descriptions for key openings; this
includes supporting the development of career pathing and other
related initiatives as appropriate.
- Serve as the internal owner of visa administration across the
organization, including corporate and clinical employees.What
qualifications you will need
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university or
equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in Human Resources and/or
related field(s)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become
familiar with company-specific programs and software
- Demonstrated project management with the ability to partner
with diverse stakeholders to meet ambitious timetables, milestones,
