  • 10 paid company holidaysJob SummaryThe Corporate Human Resources Partner will be responsible for engaging and retaining talent for our growing corporate footprint. - This HR Partner will report to the VP, Human Resources and will partner with leaders and managers across Accounting & Finance, Compliance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations, and other corporate teams. -What you will do in this role -
    • Coach, educate, and help project manage the performance management process for all NorthStars corporate teams including communication and change management around our performance management process and philosophy.
    • Partner closely with Talent Development to create and oversee a talent management framework for our corporate teams that include succession planning, assessment of potential, talent reviews, individual development planning, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
    • Coach managers on Employee Relations related issues or concerns; support issue resolution including the support or facilitation of timely, effective communication.
    • Facilitate a process that allows department leaders and managers to drive action planning following the annual employee engagement survey and develop other retention and engagement strategies.
    • Partner with hiring managers to help ensure roles are scoped appropriately and create job descriptions for key openings; this includes supporting the development of career pathing and other related initiatives as appropriate.
    • Serve as the internal owner of visa administration across the organization, including corporate and clinical employees.What qualifications you will need
      • Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience
      • Minimum of 3+ years experience in Human Resources and/or related field(s)
      • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software
      • Demonstrated project management with the ability to partner with diverse stakeholders to meet ambitious timetables, milestones, and deliverablesFast growing. Dynamic team culture.
