Job Description:
Gordon Ramsay North America is adding a Payroll Specialist to
our team. This individual will support Human Resources and
Accounting in fulfilling the responsibilities of the Payroll
Department. This includes processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll,
reconciling payroll data, collaborating with HR to track leaves of
absence, implementing payroll changes in new and existing markets,
and managing payroll compliance.This person will report to the
Chief People Officer and ensure the timely and accurate preparation
of payroll on a weekly basis for 500+ hourly team members and on a
bi-weekly basis for 100+ salaried and corporate office team members
across multiple states. This role will work in our Irving
office.The ideal candidate will be a team player with a minimum of
2 years' experience as a Payroll Specialist or Generalist
(preferable in the hospitality industry), managing payroll
processing across multiple sites and states. This person needs to
have a thorough knowledge of payroll, wage and hour, tax and data
reporting requirements in the markets in which we operate
(currently: Boston, Chicago, DC, Miami, NYC, and Orlando).
Experience with POS systems such as Micros required and experience
with Ultipro considered a plus.We offer a comprehensive benefits
