for Prospects. Job Skills / Requirements Responsibilities
Proactively monitors aircraft availability, utilization, and
operational constraints, identifying risks related to maintenance,
weather, crew availability, and shifting organizational priorities;
develops contingency scheduling strategies to minimize disruption.
Analyzes and reports on flight activity, utilization, and
efficiency, participating in internal audit and tax reporting while
monitoring industry trends and recommending process improvements.
Communicates timely and actionable updates regarding schedule
impacts, risks, and recommended solutions to relevant stakeholders
and executive offices when changes occur. Evaluates scheduling
conflicts and operational trade-offs, recommending compliant,
practical solutions that balance safety, efficiency, and
organizational needs. Schedules aircraft, crew, and other aviation
resources while monitoring daily fleet operations to ensure
continuity of service and mission readiness. Problem Solving,
Flexibility, and Adaptability Level: Extensive Experience
Proactively identifies risks to aircraft availability (maintenance
conflicts, utilization trends, weather, crew constraints) and
develops contingency plans before issues impact the schedule.
Designs and improves scheduling processes with built-in flexibility
to accommodate changing operational demands and last-minute
disruptions. Rapidly assesses complex scenarios, weighing
trade-offs and recommending viable solutions to leadership rather
than escalating problems without options. Guides and supports
stakeholders through operational changes, setting clear
expectations and driving acceptance of revised plans. Aviation
Operations Level: Extensive Experience Evaluates weather data to
make changes to the flight routes. Monitors failure to follow
safety standards and reports the same to the authorities. Monitors
flight schedules and reports any changes in the flight schedules to
relevant stakeholders. Provides continuous flight watch services
for airliners under charge. Aviation Regulatory Environment Level:
Working Knowledge Assists in the day-to-day aviation operations to
comply with current regulations. Interprets and adheres to
compliance requirements concerning environment-related obligations.
Records daily aviation operation files and documentation for
auditing purposes. Responds to all routine requests for information
from regulatory agencies. Aviation Standards, Procedures, and
Policies Level: Working Knowledge Analyzes any changes to safety
provisions and relevant global policies that might impact daily
operations. Follows recommended standards listed by ICAO for
aviation-related tasks. Identifies potential breaches of relevant
aviation policies. Reviews and keeps track of up-to-date regulatory
requirements. Flight Schedule Planning Level: Extensive Experience
Analyzes and provides resolution for complex flight scheduling
issues. Monitors and ensures compliance with internal policies,
industry regulations, and other legal requirements. Prepares the
final flight schedules to achieve high customer satisfaction,
productivity of human resources, and aircraft utilization. Safety
Management System Level: Working Knowledge Addresses routine
questions about the safety management systems and processes.
Analyzes and documents the progress of the organization's safety
goals. Assists in the development and delivery of safety assurance
