Job Description:

The Human Resource Administrator is responsible for coordinating all post offer activities with Internal Recruiting and Department Leaders to ensure that all process and procedures are in accordance with company policy and federal/state regulations. Additionally, the Human Resource Administrator will provide support with leave of absence administration.

Job Essential Function and Responsibilities:

* Deliver an exceptional new hire experience by providing a high level of customer service and maintaining quality throughout the pre-employment onboarding process

* Ensure the completion and accuracy of all pre-employment processes and forms according to the company policy and federal/state guidelines, while maintaining data HRIS integrity

* Act as a consultant to all new hires, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers during on-boarding cycle

* Provide assistance with leave of absence paperwork for all internal employees when necessary. Handle communication with employee and manager to obtain completed paperwork, plan use of PTO, and payment of employee benefit premiums during leave

* Assign or redirect emails and help tickets to the appropriate HR team member, Employee Relations Director, and other Corporate departments

* Fulfill requests for personnel file documentation received by Employee Relations Directors and Legal Department

* Assist with long-term and short-term projects, as needed by the HR Supervisor and Sr. Director

* Performs customer service functions

Experience / Educational Requirements:

* One to Two Years of HR Experience

* High School Diploma required

* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field in lieu of HR experience

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Ability to multi-task and provide assistance with multiple projects

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

* Ability to deal with confidential information

* Normal scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
