Job Description:

Terrific 6+ months contract opportunity in Irving, TX for a Database Developer. Will develop databases utilizing access or VB.Net for tracking and auditing documents. Will initiate, plan and execute projects while monitoring and overseeing the process to ensure timely delivery of quality solutions.-Responsibilities include:--- -Coordinate the development of the tracking database to ensure timely delivery of a quality solution--- -Responsible for documenting the functional requirements, and procedures required to build the tracking system.--- -Provide weekly reports to management of outstanding issues.--- -Develop branch reporting and scorecard.--- -Assist with resolving issues with system or business processes/procedures.--- -Document processes and provides feedback on enhancements to improve efficiency.--- -Identifies and reports trends while making recommendations as to potential root cause relating to operational policies and workflow.--- -Provide statuses of certification and recertification of GNMA pools.--- -Provide monthly reports for executive updates and key metrics.Qualifications:--- -Bachelor's degree.--- -5+ years of coding experience in Access, SQL, and VB.Net.--- -Must be able to code in VBA, SQL and MS Access.--- -Prefer Certified MS Access Specialist and VB.net.--- -Experience designing and developing business applications to support post-closing processes.Experience creating reporting and metrics for post-closing operations.---- -Aware of trends and data and very detailed.--- -Excellent communication skills.--- -Strongly prefer Financial or mortgage banking industry experience.If this sounds like the perfect fit, Apply Today!
